Shipping
At present we only ship to mainland UK. All candles, diffusers, room sprays and wax melts are handmade and poured in-house, therefore a period of 5-7 working days is required, prior to your order being shipped. Where possible, your order may be fulfilled sooner than this advised period. You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order and another email once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, or Parcelforce unless otherwise specified.
As standard we post orders ‘Second class signed for’, however tracked 24 can be chosen at checkout for a quicker delivery.
Second class signed for:
£3.99 for all orders £34.99 and under
£5.99 for orders between £35 and £69.99
£7.99 for all orders between £70 and £124.99
Free delivery for all orders over £125
Tracked 24:
£3.30 for all orders £14.99 and under
£4.99 for orders between £15 and £80
£8.99 for all orders over £80
In addition, orders can also be collected from our studio in Bramhall, Cheshire. This option can be chosen at checkout.
Please note, if a shipment is refused upon delivery, you are still responsible for the shipping costs and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS
At nära we value your satisfaction and we want you to love your chosen purchase, otherwise we wouldn't be fulfilling our vision! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange if we receive the product back within 14 days of receipt*. Your item must be in its original packaging, unused and unopened, in perfect condition and arrive safely back to us, without damage.
*Please note, gift cards, sale items, ‘imperfectly perfect’ items and wax melts are non returnable and we are not able to offer returns of individual items within gift boxes, therefore the entire gift box would need to be returned.
If you bought the product from one of our stockists please contact them directly. We only offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been purchased online via lovenara.uk

Please include your customer order number and let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange of a particular item
Post your item back to us at 266 Bramhall Lane South, Bramhall, Cheshire SK7 3DG. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been received and is in its original condition, we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days.
Every order is carefully checked and packaged, but if you do receive an item that is defective or has been damaged in transit please email hello@lovenara.uk with the subject ‘EXCHANGE’ and we will do our utmost to exchange the item without delay.
